Renewable Energy PPA

Silicon Ranch will collaborate with Walton Electric Membership Corporation (Walton EMC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to provide renewable energy to Meta's data centers in Georgia and Tennessee Valley, respectively.

Stellantis will source the power through DTE’s MIGreenPower voluntary renewable energy program, one of the United States' largest utility-led clean power procurement initiatives.

Rivian has signed a 50 MW PPA to offtake renewable electricity from Apex’s 300 MW Goose Creek wind facility in Illinois. The PPA marks Rivian’s first large-scale clean power procurement initiative and will help the company run 75% of its Illinois operations with renewable energy.

The seven projects covered under the CPPA comprise three in the US (in Arkansas, Illinois, and Mississippi), three in Europe (in Spain, Northern Ireland, and Italy), and one in India. In total, the facilities are expected to generate nearly 1.4 GWh of clean energy annually.

The company signed a corporate PPA to off-take 366 MW from Statkraft, marking the Norwegian power company’s first PPA in Ireland. Microsoft has also entered into a PPA with Irish renewables companies Power Capital Renewable Energy and Energia Group for the supply of 534 MW

Under a 12-year PPA, the company will offtake more than 5 TWh of green power from a 100 MW share of the 882 MW Moray West offshore wind project in the UK. The project will be built using 60 Siemens Gamesa 14.7 MW fixed-bottom turbines, being developed by Ocean Wind.
