Microsoft has signed 15-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with RWE for two onshore wind farms in Texas.

🔋 Portfolio Highlights:

– Assets contracted include:

* 243 MW Peyton Creek II in Bay City (under construction)

* 203 MW Lane City (construction starts this summer)

– Both projects will use Vestas North America's V163 4.5 MW turbines

– Microsoft has signed ~1.5 GW of corporate PPAs in the US this year

– Targeted states: Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Louisiana
