- The transaction is the second sale under Octopus’ latest capital recycling program.
- In Dec'23, two wind farms in Poland were sold to ORLEN S.A. for £92m
- In Jan'24, ORIT terminated its option to acquire a 175 MW solar portfolio in Spain, resulting in a £3mn net gain.
- The program is aimed at repaying short-term debt and funding future investments.
Further initiatives in the capital recycling program are ongoing and expected to conclude in 2024.
