Glentra Capital has announced its latest investment in solar PV and battery storage developer DVP Solar, which focuses on agrivoltaics with a pipeline exceeding 3 GW across Europe and Latin America.
This marks Glentra's expansion beyond the US, aligning with their strategy to invest €100-200mn in high-growth platforms as a long-term partner.
This deal is the fourth investment from Glentra Fund I K/S, which announced its first close at €443mn on September 23 and targets a final close at €750mn. Its current portfolio includes:
US renewable energy developer energyRe (Dec’23)
US floating solar developer Third Pillar Solar Renewables (Jan’24)
Norwegian thermal energy storage provider Kyoto Group (Jun’24)
