The company has hired Fractal Advisory to assist in the sale process for the solar farm. The project is located in Nolan and Taylor counties and also hosts 2x200 MW, 2-hour battery energy storage system (BESS) co-located to it. The farm is currently in the ready-to-build stage with commercial operation scheduled to begin by the end of H2 2025. Interested parties have until June 30, 2023 to submit non-binding offers for the project.
