The company has hired Fractal Advisory to assist in the sale process for the project, located in McCulloch County in ERCOT West. The system has a storage capacity of 406 MWh. The farm is currently in the early stages of development with commercial operation scheduled to begin by the end of Q3 2025. Interested parties have until July 14th, 2023 to submit non-binding offers for the project.
