Asset Details: The portfolio for sale includes a 403 MWac onshore project that is ready for construction, comprising 18 wind farms in the southern state of Parana. The total construction cost for the project stands at ~$506mn. Additionally, the developer seeks to sell a 593 MWac solar project in the early stages of development. The project will require an investment of ~$648mn to bring it into commercial operation, which is scheduled for 2027. All the projects in the portfolio are already contracted or in advanced negotiations for long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) at an average price of $57.6/MWh, for a period of 20 years.
